We are selling our 2 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom townhouse at 2524 S. 3rd St. Plz. in Omaha, Nebraska.  We have loved our home and have lived here since June of 2013.  It is a very clean and updated home and we have loved raising our family here.  Since we have lived here we have invested in some major upgrades including:

 We added some pavers and a bench for some outdoor seating.

Two parking spots are conveniently located right outside the back door.  Small patio we added also right outside the back door is currently being used by our storage shed.

Bedroom #1



Very spacious bedroom which easily has room for our king sized bed as well as an office space with two nice large closets.

Upstairs Bath

Large bathroom with full size tub and extended counter space.  Right outside the bathroom is a linen closet in the hallway.

Bedroom #2


Second spacious bedroom with very large, deep closets (almost walk in).  Plenty of room for all three of our children and their accessories :)  It is also nice being the end unit having extra windows in all the upstairs rooms.

Basement Front Room



The front portion of the basement is completely finished including the new carpeting, making it a very comfortable place to relax and for kids to play.

Basement Back Room




The basement back room is separated from the front room by a double wide doorway.  The space is large and unfinished.  The walls are painted and we have laid down some carpeting.  Plenty of room for storage as well as extra space that we happen to use to cut hair.  Washer and drier can be included in the sale of the unit.

Village Green Map

There are also many parks and swing sets scattered throughout the complex.  Living in Village Green you receive a free membership to the adjacent Lauritzen Botanical Gardens.  The Henry Doorly Zoo is just across the interstate and has a preschool as well as a kindergarten program you can apply for.
